Envelope Printing Information
The cost of printing includes the cost of our Bellis envelopes. Personal envelopes* will not reduce the envelope printing cost.
*We reserve the right to refuse envelopes if they pose potential harm to our printers.
CSV File
You will need to provide a CSV file with the following:
- name column
- street address column (w/apartment number if applicable)
- city column
- state column
- zip code column
CSV Guidelines
- No extra spaces after city or state.
- No commas or accents anywhere in the CSV file.
- The CSV file is case sensitive. If you want UPPERCASE in your format, you must create it UPPERCASE.
- CSV files that require adjusting or fixing due to incorrect layout may be subject to our $25/hr reformatting fee.
- Download and fill out the CSV file below.
- Once complete, email the CSV file to the Bellis Copy Center.
